As HIA members and QBCC licensed Open Builders, our directors come from carpentry backgrounds and personally oversee every project.

This is our typical pre-construction timeline. Every home is bespoke, so we tailor the process to suit your site, scope, and design goals.
Engage Classik Constructions
- Initial consultation and site review
- Confirm scope, lifestyle needs, and budget range
- Engage building designer or architect
Design & Survey
- Client meeting with designer and builder to shape the brief
- Engage surveyor for contours, boundaries, and services
- Site analysis and preliminary planning advice
Concepts & Estimates
- Designer releases first concept plans
- Classik delivers initial estimate
- Review, refine plans, and re-estimate as required
Agreements & Selections
- Engage engineer
- Begin interior design selections
- Enter Classik Constructions preliminary agreement
Designer & Supplier
- Selections meeting with interior designer
- Visit key suppliers to choose finishes and fixtures
- Confirm key product allowances and lead times
Finalise & Propose
- Engineer releases coordinated plans

- Classik prepares fixed-price proposal and specifications
Review & Refine

Our dedicated team of experts brings together years of experience in luxury construction, design, and project management.
Matt and Chris have worked alongside each other in the industry since 2009, collaborating on previous projects and tackling larger contracts over the years. They teamed up in 2016 for two years, then returned to join forces in 2018. As old friends and colleagues with extensive trade backgrounds, they share 42 years of experience within the industry.
