Yes, we offer fixed-price contracts on all our projects. Once designs are finalised and specifications are locked in, we provide a comprehensive quote that won't change unless you request variations. This gives you complete budget certainty.

Absolutely. Our Ready-To-Build service is ideal for clients who already have their own architect, plans, and pre-approvals in place. We step in at the right stage, review the documentation carefully, and take the project through pricing, preparation, and construction with the same quality and attention to detail we bring to every Classik build.

As a client, you will work directly with Matt, the director, who personally manages and works on each project. We are HIA members and QBCC licensed Open Builders, with hands-on leadership and a strong carpentry background behind every build. We also use client communication, scheduling, and correspondence software to keep everything clear and organised. Matt is highly people-focused and responsive, and is known for answering calls and emails promptly. We limit the number of projects we take on so every home receives the attention it deserves.

We provide a comprehensive 6-year structural warranty and 12-month maintenance warranty on all our builds, exceeding QBCC requirements. Our aftercare team is available to address any concerns promptly.
